Afan forest mountain bike centre is well known through out the world. There trails are fast and tight and extreme, In most places its not for the fate hearted but does require some skill and head for heights. There trails are long and hard and is open to all the elements the weather can give.

There cafe has been voted the best from all mountain bike centres in the UK. As there food is all healthy no fatty foods here i can tell you, but be warned do not ask for a chip butty, You've been warned.

Afan centre also provides mountain bikes for hire and services for all. They have changing rooms and showers and also jet wash, so you can go home with a clean bike.
